We came up with  this idea because Angela's FB page is always full of great pictures of trees, flowers, and the moon. We thought, "Isn't it amazing how much nature is still around in São Paulo?". Maria, on the other hand, lives in the Chesapeake Bay, where you can see bald eagles, herons and ospreys all year round, but the trees do lose their beauty in the winter.

So, here we are: ready to start blogging pictures we take from the nature surrounding us! You will be surprised how much the northern and the southern hemisphere have in common.

Nós tivemos essa ideia a partir da página de FB da Angela, que sempre traz fotos incríveis de árvores, flores e da lua. Então, pensamos  "não é surpreendente quanta natureza ainda existe em São Paulo?". A Maria, por outro lado, vive na baía de Chesapeake, onde você ainda vê águias americanas, e marinhas e garças de todos os matizes.

Então, aqui estamos! Prontas para começar este blog de fotos que tiramos da natureza ao nosso redor. Você vai se surpreender com a quantidade de coisas que os hemisférios norte e sul têm em comum quando se trata da natureza.
